This DIB thing is a limitation of Windows 95/98. I have MGI Photosuite and it get blank images after a while with large images. We have been testing TExcellentImagePrinter written by Joe Hecht and are able to get images to print that were dropped before using this product. Joe suggest' bypassing the windows API call for creating a DIB. He has some code that creates a DIB without using the windows API call. Maybe he would share/sell his code that could be used in Envision to bypass this silly windows limitation. I only have this DIB problem with Win 95/98. Windows 2000 work pretty well but can extend the page file to several hundred megabytes when working with very large images.
