Subject: Bitmap over 24 bits fail.

Hi Michael,

I have a problem with your envision library.

When I try to load up a 24-bit or 32-bit file, it states:
gbm_read_header failed. and then DIB error (?).

Is there any way to read a 24-bit or 32-bit BMP file?
