MLC are a girls school - I definitely know this to be true as I boned their 'head' prefect back in 1991 or whatever - so have I read this right in the herald sun this morning that this all-girls school now will have a team in the Herald Sun Shield football competition? Against the boys?

"METHODIST Ladies' College, along with about 170 other schools around Victoria, will compete in the Herald Sun Shield school competitions from next month.

MLC won the Girls Sports Victoria competition to win its way into the knockout event.

Cotchin played for Penleigh Essendon Grammar in the 2006 and 2007 AFL Victoria Shield.

More than 4500 students will play this year."

Before I say "has the world gone completely batshit crazy PC mad" firstly can someone please confirm if what I am suspecting is true?

Surely not?

Under 6's we MIGHT have a decent game - but at 16-17 years of age surely this would present enough OH&S legal issues for even the biggest jelly-spined politically correct fuckwit(s) of this world to acknowledge girls and boys are NOT equal enough to be allowing them to play full contact afl footy against each other at that age!
