Your experience is facing AUSTRALIAN offies.

Those born overseas seem to have mastered the art. They seem to have flight, dip, turn and one that goes straight on - all with a similar action. (As it turns out, they are also permitted to throw the ball so that it turns the other way - called a doozra).
