hmmm I would.

players 1 year ban
Coaches involved 2 year ban
Fine - 2 million
This year - no finals
Draft banned rounds 1 & 2 next year all picks at end of round next 2 years. (you cant have them bottoming with makeshift list and getting high draft picks)
All players become unrestricted free agents no compensation, (cant force players to stay at a club which screwed them over)
