Subject: Not such good news from overseas..

Hi Everyone.. got an email in this morn from son,Simon travelling overseas.They're in Ireland, and yesterday their car was broken into and Si's plane tickets and passport were stolen. They fixed up about the plane tickets but had to drive from Cork to the Australian Embassy in Dublin today to see about the passport. Really messed up their plans as today they were to meet up with Peter and Eileen (Sinead's parents) in another city altogether. They're visiting Ireland from Aus too.
Guess the moral of the story is always keep your important bits on or near you when travelling!

How long does it take to get another passport, do you know? This is my major worry with Leigh, he loses everything (lol).
Hopefully they can connect up with Sinead's parents soon.
Ben my nephew is in Manchester at the moment and touring England. He says the country is so lovely.
Do Simon and Sinead like Ireland, I've heard the country there is lovely as well.
