Subject: Thank you. Did not know that the Poultry title would morph into Miss Rose Hill. I wonder why they just don't go with Poultry Festival? Do you think Hailey was PC at State or was it someone else? She had a fantastic wardrobe. That talent dress was the "dress" of the pageant.
