Subject: I'm surprised she didn't even place....but it happens. Look at Carrie Radar in Charlotte a couple of weeks ago. Gotta get back on that horse, lol. IiRC, one year I think Dana Reason did not place in Miss Raleigh, after having been Top 5 at State the year before, but later that year she was Miss NC. Might be mixed up on the years, but it happens to everyone.
