Choose your food carefully and eat light,low cal/fat things. During meals I take a sip of water in between each bite. Your stomach fills up faster. Eat with chopsticks. It sounds stupid, but it forces you to slow down when you eat. Fill up on steamed veggies and try more vegan foods. Morningstar makes vegan burgers with only 140cal, very low fat, and high protein. Drink plenty of water, hot teas, whatever...during the day.

Hang in there. You'll get back to where you were and then some...
