Hey everyone

I got a tip for everyone whose tryin to loose some weight but is a bit too discouraged to get up an exercise regularly. Stock up on cds by male artists and get a discman. If you're just sittin around doin doin listen to some fast music that you can't listen to without gettin up and dancing. And during slow songs do some crunches, sit ups or pushups. It really helps, because you feel like the guy is singing to you and you feel really sexy and beautiful. I recommend Usher's Album 8701, especially track 6 ( track 7 on the bootleg LOL ) But any album will do. If you're not into pop/hip hop and RnB like I am, you should get into it, it really helps to when you feel special.
