Tips & Tricks
- keep a food journal
- no eating after 6-6:30 PM
- drink V-8 (70-78 calories)
- during the day, instead of having a snack, eat sugarless gum
- chitosol - i have yet to find out what that is
- To Puke
- drink vinegar
- use a spare toothbrush , stick up towards your nasal cavity
- use a spare toothbrush as fingers, stick it down your throat
- if the toothbrush has a grip, when you pull it out it should puke
- when attempting to puke, it may take several tries
- when you try to puke you have to think hard about puking, it’ll come up easier
Reasons Not To Puke
- it ruins your health
- ruins teeth, throat
- makes you tired
- your eyes get puffy and teary
- diuretics, i have yet to find out what that is
- everyday cut out two things out of your diet
- EXERCISE
- crunches, lunges, squats
- mini thins - in the blue package
- run 4-5 times a week
- eat food with little or no calories
- drink water, water, water (thats all i drink)
- once in awhile drink orange juice, and milk
- eat negative calorie foods (celery, apples, carrots)
* negative calorie foods are foods that when you chew them, you’ve already
burned off the calories
- flavored water (0 cals)
- eat 1 cup of rice for a snack
- I Can’t Believe It’s Butter spray (works just like butter, yet hardly no calories!)
- non fat yogurt
- rice cakes (the amount of calories depend on the flavor)
- to lose weight you have to try to avoid having snacks whenever you please, learn to
limit yourself
- ONCE a week, particularly at the end of the week, if you’ve had a good week ,and you
feel you deserve it, treat yourself to something (not food!) like getting a manicure, or
pedicure or something
-If you're even thinking of eating bad, hold your breath and count to 100. You'll convince yourself not to eat whatever it is you're craving at the time.
-meditate on yourself being thin. Tell yourself you are thin and meditate on you going about your every day life at you're ideal weight.
-When you feel hungry, rinse your mouth out with minty mouthwash. You won't want to eat with minty breath. I always carry one of those travel size bottles around with me.
-Plan your day ahead of time:what you're going to eat, what you ate and when and how much you excercize. This helps you not get into the "What Now!" mode.
-Put orajel in your mouth.
-"The chief failure of unhappiness is trading what we want most for what we want at the moment"!
-"Cravings only last a few minutes. Thin is worth a few minutes."
-Don't do anything today that you'll regret tomorrow.
-THINK-What would a supermodel do?!
-"Every time I have the opportunity to eat, I will have the strength to refuse.
-"Who looks at a fat girl and says,"WOW, I want to look like her"!
