i know where you are coming from, but starving yourself will just do more harm then good. It works though, but when i did that i just lost energy period. What i found worked for me was just some Exenedrine or Betalean to speed up my metabolism, lowered my carb intake, ate less more often. Just watch what you eat, seriously, its not like oh i'll eat a little slice of this cake it wont do anything (i did that all the time cause my family always gets this really good cake, anyways lol). You will get more support if you just tell your parents that you are watching what you eat; because you want to get into better shape, dont say lose weight, they seem to flip lol. And on top of all that excersise, mostly cardio. I can't run i have weak knees so i started speed roping and walking to work (10miles round trip) that made a big difference, yet i still have a stomach and all, i've just started doin sit ups and other stuff to start toning, while cuttin weight.
