I agree you shouldn't use laxatives to offset a binge. Just don't binge. If you do just count it as a failure and start from scratch again. Vomitting or laxative will damage your body.

However sometimes I get scared because I haven't used the bathroom in a few days. I really on natural laxatives such as prune juice or oatmeal. If you eat these, don't eat anything else for the rest of the day. Prune juice has 110 calories. I'm not sure about oatmeal, but I'm sure it's loaded. Prune juice works faster than oatmeal.
