Advising people to cut their tongue is filthy behaviour. But you are obviously not well. Whoever you are, whatever you are; you should be consuming 3 square meals a day, and at least 2500 calories. I sincerely hope that one day you, and everyone like you wakes up from this sickness ! get angry if you like, but you NEED to eat first !
