Hi I have the best ways to help some I am 5 11 I weigh at 125 pounds I must say my secret is babybel light cheese and Loli pops they are so easy to burn off develope a rocking back and forth habit in a chair or in a sofa it causes you to lose weight its like doing crunches but your sitting up right I swear this works eat anything fat free like nerds or something you can burn of by doing jumping jacks or rocking back and forth. Please believe this is why I am so thin rocking back and forth may make you look crazy but it works you have to do it till your sweating use music to help you keep going you can also dance it off rat up to 100 carbs a day work out by rocking or running which I suggest rocking because you target your abs
