Lots of these plants it depends upon your care whether they will agree to participate or not. The majority of them will bloom right around Mothers Day. The three sided critters could be Hylocereus undatus, if there are no reverted flat leaves. Many epiphyllums cycle back and forth between flat and three sided, but generally there will be both on these plants.

Start doing research on what they like, when to start laying on the fertilizer, and then meditate. This spring I had over twenty buds on one plant, four actually became flowers and opened. I changed nothing between buds showing up and flowers blooming. Bud drop is most common with these.

One of my first posts here contained site addresses that concerned epis, pics too. I think it was 'Places to see pics of plants' or some such.
