Sent this to Charles in an e-mail but sending it here so other can see, I found a dude selling old Programs on eBay

Hi Charles, I found a huge load of D-II Football programs and there's a bunch of historic Helmets on here you can make along with a few corrections.

Same as the 1997-1999 helmet but the color fades from red to silver

Color on the helmet was actually Purple not blue although I could see why the confusion exists as I know sometimes that in certain light can either be blue or purple.
