Charles, Bridgeport was listed on that spreedsheet that you posted the other day.

Actually that was Bridgewater (VA), not Bridgeport.

"Bridgeport" did not sound familiar to me, so I looked it up...apparently that is a former college team I had never heard of previously! (so thanks!)...apparently there are still discoveries to be made.

Fortunately the university's yearbooks have been digitized and published on the internet, so I will be able to at least post some monochrome photographs of their helmets, if nothing else. Looks like they had at least two somewhat interesting designs.

Bridgeport inherited Arnold College team when they merged in 1953. So Bridgeport continued Arnold's team close to the 1980s.
