Subject: Notre Dame to compete as a full ACC member in 2020, is eligible for championship

Here's something I thought I'd never say. Notre Dame has joined a conference for football, at least on a temporary basis. They will compete in the ACC as a full member and will be eligible for the ACC championship.

Also, the ACC will not have divisions this year, and the two teams competing for the championship will be determined by highest conference winning percentage.
