This isn’t a report of the team coming back or anything historical about the team. The team went away a few years ago and I just saw something on PBS that showed what happened after football stopped. It was a cool little story. The really short version is that the school was going broke. The football field was turned into a working farm. The seats, the scoreboard, the goalposts; they are all still there and farm is between it all. The farming classes have also embraced the unique setting and have their own sports line with a blend of the football and farm. Again, I know not right on topic and I apologize if that is an issue. I just thought it very cool for what happened after football died.
