Subject: UCF Homecoming Helmets

UCF has just unveiled a new helmet that they will be using only for this Saturday's homecoming game. It is space themed, and I am attaching the link to the Web site (saving images is not possible on the site).

Just a quick note of what the helmet is: black shell, UCF logo with the moon's surface on it, and constellation helmet stripe.

That's a really neat design, but I'm afraid the fine detail is going to be invisible to anybody not in close proximity to one of the helmets. I would have preferred to see them use a large Pegasus constellation logo on the sides, or that triangular "mission patch". For tv viewers it's going to look like a black helmet with a gray logo.
