Subject: Minnesota puts the Chill on Chicago

The Minnesota Chill yesterday broke out of their one-match slide by beating the Chicago Thunder 3-1 (25-19, 14-25, 25-20, 25-18) to end a long road trip. The Chill were once again led by their awesome libero, the immortal Addie Mahnken of UOP fame, who paired one kill with 22 digs. The Chill improved to 4-1 on the young season, while the Thunder dropped to 1-3.

Meanwhile, other Sunday action saw the St. Louis Quest even their record at 2-2 by beating the Force in Grand Rapids 3-1. The Force fell to 1-2.

League Standings:

Minnesota Chill 4-1 .800 12
St. Louis Quest 2-2 .500 6
Grand Rapids Force 1-2 .333 3
Chicago Thunder 1-3 .250 3

GO CHILL!!! GO ADDIE!!! GO TIGERS!!!
