and I'm not particularly happy about that, but I live in a city that is getting to waste $100,000,000 (Yes you read right -- that's ONE HUNDRED MILLION SMACKERS) on - get this -- a trolley system. This in a city where they can't pick up trash or clean snow off the streets and where the school system has just lost it's accreditation. The $7 mill just kind of pales by comparison and oh yes they want to put up my yearly property taxes which are already outrageous. Care to guess which party runs this town? ;-)
