Hey Cham...You're probably not into your full planning stage yet...but while I'm thinking about it I wanted to give you some hotel info...

The wife and I ditched the kids last night and stayed in downtown Portland at the Hampton Inn...it was simple and nice...and pretty cheap. $116...included tax, valet parking and breakfast. It is right on the edge of the Old Port section and a block from the water.

Prices WILL go up for the summer...be prepared for higher prices than you might expect.
