Pretty self-explanatory. While it's certainly true that if you're unhappy with the job somebody's doing that they may need to be fired, the way he reflects this with such animation displays a real 'glee' at being able to control, coerce, punish, intimidate or dominate an underling through threat with little to no apparent thought to what it might mean to that person or how they might be worked with to possibly resolve their performance to perhaps a more acceptable level. If you actually connect to others on a compassionate & emapathic level, you probably wouldn't be so admittedly gleeful in doing it & you'd certainly understand that you actually wouldn't want to SAY IT OUT LOUD, especially in the context of running for public office. It's actually a pretty clear reflection of the psychopathic corporate environment in which Romney clearly & obviously has thrived & his disconnect with 'normal' empathy & compassion ...
