Subject: Pumpkin Dip

A recipe from my friend, Sharon...tis the season!


Pumpkin Dip

This is the original recipe. Comments to follow:
2 cups powdered sugar
2 - 8 oz. Blocks Philly cheese
Cream until smooth

1 large can Pumpkin
1 tsp. cinnamon or pumpkin pie spice
to taste, either will work.
Whip all together and dip with sugar cookies, cinnamon grahams, or what you can think of. Ginger snaps are good too or vanilla wafers. Just a plain cookie, not sweet. I used the cinnamon grahams. Whin I made it, I started with 1 cup of powdered sugar. And then only added about 1/8 of a cup more of sugar. Sweet, but yummy and something different. Really think one cup of powder sugar will be enough. (If you half the recipe cut the powdered sugar to 3/4 cup. Tastes like pie filling... Enjoy !
