Subject: Oven Omelet recipe

8 eggs
1 c milk
1/2 tsp. seasoning salt
3 oz. cooked ham, diced
1/2 c ea. shredded colby & mozzarella cheese
Preheat oven to 350. Grease 8x8 casserole dish ,set aside. Beat eggs & milk,add salt,ham & cheeses.Pour in cass. dish & bake uncovered for 40/45 min.
