Subject: ISO of recipes that are freezable...

HI all,
I am looking for new/different recipes for casseroles, and things that can be frozen and reheated later. I'd like to make up some for us (2 adults), and my aunt, because she's been eating out too much, but hates to cook for one. So, I thought if I'd make up some suppers, and froze them for her and us, we'd both save some money. Things that the recipes cant have in them are tomatoes (Rana is allergic), green peppers (I hate 'em), or coconut (I'm allergic). Other than that, anything goes. Have a crockpot, so anything new for that, etc, would be great. Appreciate your help, and btw, thanks for the new board!
