I don't really have the "recipe" because I tend to make stuff up as I go along taking this and that from other recipes! LOL, drives DH nuts! If is isn't fast and easy to make... forget it.

I have found that if you add a can of cream of chicken soup to your potato soup it is wonderful. (I basically just make a pot of potatoes like I was going to them them as a side dish to a meal... only I mash them up and add the ingredents for potato soup.) I also add a little bits of carrots...would add celery if I liked it! Salt and pepper to taste!
