Subject: Season finales

Hello there. Liked your reviews of the season finales. I have to agree with the letdown of the cliffhanger on Angel. I have always counted on there not being one, and was disappointed with it. I'm just left hoping that Lorne and Cordy will be back next year! I have to say that Darla's sacrifice was very unexpected, and I think that was one of the highlights of the season for me (drama-wise, not the death of her). The season was very good, but I (and probably a lot of other people) totally expected that Connor would be aged quickly somehow. It was pretty obvious that they had no other options, really.
I did like Buffy though, with Xander saving the world, and not Buffy. Nice change of pace for me. And I miss Tara already. It was quite disturbing to see Willow the way she was in the last few eps, and I couldn't help thinking that Tara wouldn't want that at all. And so nice to see Giles! At least it has been said that Joss will write more episodes next year. We can look forward to that. I'll keep checking for your season reviews, I look forward to reading those.
