Subject: Neck soreness and headaches while sitting and sleeping

Can anyone help me with a recurring problem I have when sitting and sleeping. My neck muscles become sore and stiff leading to headaches. I have had 2/3 facet joint injections but they didn't help. MRI scans confirmrd that there were no impinged spinal nerves and a CT scan cleared me of any brain tumours. This problem is ruining my quality of life and I could really do with a solution from somebody with the same symptoms. I am 57 and had polio when I was 2 years old which paralysed my right leg to this day. Any advice would be appreciated.
