The doctor just told me my problem is the habit not the adiction, and there are thousands of triggers that make me wanna light up each day.. isn't that just helpful LOL...Have tried cold turkey and I guess I had always quit longer with that then anything else.. just gotta put my mind to it again and quit for good.. I've quit for almost a year before (with the exception of a smoke here and there) I know I can.. I guess I just really don't want to.. what a shame.. cause my mom has lung problems and my dad has throat cancer.. you would think I would get a clue, cause hell I sure don't want my kids to go thru what I'm going thru....
