Morgan, this is from our last convo (5 messages down me thinks)
Seasons are a priority, but only two. A warm and a cold. To navigate, well, maybe just keep it like it is? Listed at the left? There aren't any needs for professtions, except for trainer, trainers ass., healer, ect. Maybe is should be like feral. I know that some things like centars hunt. Maybe a training for that?

New convo! (uurrr...oh joy)
It seems like there is more training boards then there are any other boards. Why not just make two taining places? One at the volcanoe. Maybe just keep the one that's there. It will be for fighting/ hunting. The other at the healing springs or mountains. This one will be for healing/magic. The new training areas will need diffrent trainers. (ex: Blue for healing/ Red for magic) The trainers of that urr..category will still keep their position. (unless inactive). Any input?
