Subject: Frames question..

Okay.. I am not yet frame savvy and having looked over the HTML guide section I am still a teensy bit confused.
(not suprising.. I have always learned my html through experimenting.. I'm bad with instructions.)
So.. I've got it so the page is split.. (ya know, the little side frame and the larger main frame)
But I can only get stuff to show up in one frame. How do I get the the other to show anything?
I have a feeling it is something simple.. but I haven't found it yet and need your help. If this is too confusing.. I'll give you the code I have now..
-Thank you..-
