Yes... a cheery introducer would sure be nice. But I doubt I'll get any volunteers, and it might not be very realistic in this setting. (I know.. I know..god forbid we avoid arguments in exchange for a lack of realism)
One person suggested we have a protocal for accepting new recruits, which would work. But I am trying to get them to figure it all out in character.. that kind of thing they should bring to their government...
See.. what I'm trying to do is get them to be self-supported. If I were to suddenly dissapear, I would like them to be able to take care of themselves without me making suggestions and doing stuff for them. In other words.. if you want something done well, do it yourself. I want to be here only to be the tie-breaker... the rule enforcer... If they want a guard assigned at every building.. then by heck do it... they don't need me for that kind of thing... all they have to do is ask their president for their opinion.. they say yea or nay. If they want to play guards.. good..if they want someone else to play guards.. then they have to find someone willing, or it won't work.

Oh bleh.. my fingers are getting on a roll...(stop typing already..)
Oh yes..Macha--Barracks stay? Alright.. guess, I'll take your advice.. No one responded when I said they should go before.. so I'll take your answer as a no, they should stay.
