Subject: Trying to find 2 stories

I am interested in finding 2 stories. I don't remember the authoer nor the titles:

#1 Michael is in charge of Section One (or Oversight, I am not sure) and Nikita reports to him. Adam has grown in the outside with Section operatives always guarding him, without his knowledge. He is already a young man, just finished University. While arriving to his house, there is an explosion and Section believes he was killed. Michael and Nikita are driven to the place in silence, Nikita could feel Michael’s sadness. They arrived to the place but there is suspicion that he was kidnapped and is still alive.

#2 This is an alternative universe story taking place in the 1900’s in England. Nikita is a detective. She is hired by Madeline and, while Nikita is watching someone, Michael (French) also is following the same person. There is a doll that has a hidden treasure that finally is dump in the water. Michael left to France and Nikita is pregnant.

Can anyone help?
