OK, "hunt down and punish those responsible" for these terrible attacks on the US - but, please, only those.

If you kill masses of innocent Pakistanis or Afghanistanis - or the citizens of any other country - to revenge the killing of thousands of innocent Americans, this 'an eye for an eye' policy may lead to an endless 'vendetta', I mean, a series of revenges, in the form of wars.

And WAR IS BAD! It's to be avoided!
