Dear EL
I am not new to teaching, as I have been teaching now for 5 years, but I have a similar problem. I decided that I am going to just video myself to start with and see what that feels like, and how it helps me think about my teaching. Then I will ask one of the other teachers who is also teaching S3 to look at my video to see if she can give me any helpful ideas of things to try. I am hoping that this way I can get other teachers to join me. Maybe we can try to do this for each other at least once a term. Who knows where it might lead????
