She meets Fohg's gaze, sapphyre depths calm and placid.

"Ye must forgive me, Fohg. I had no way of knowing that. Try this for yer arms - put yer elbow up and try to touch yer shoulder blade with that hand. With the other hand, pull yer elbow - it stretches the tricep in yer arm. Both arms please."

She turns her tranquill gaze to Apex, nodding in satisfaction. She turns back to Fohg, demonstrating the stretch, before sitting down and doing some stretches of her own. She straddles her legs and touches her nose to her knee, appearing to do it easily, though she feels a slight stretch in her leg. She looks up at Apex, resting her elbows on the groud and propping up her chin with her hands.

"Ye seem to have done stretchin' before. Ye may do straddle stretches now."
