Rodents have only one set of teeth all their lives.

You definitely should keep an eye on your squirrel's behaviour and, if you can, an eye on that loose bit of tooth. A magnifying glass would be of great service. I would take her to a vet for an oral exam if indeed the tooth has sheared. Infection could result.
