Hi Dennis.
You don't know me, but I am here to offer my perspective.
I was in an accident over 30 years ago. Nothing was done besides the initial 5 day hospital stay. Since then, (my teeth were knocked out and allowed to just tighten up on their own) I have had to have root canal procedures on all my front teeth, undiagnosed whiplash has had me to evey kind of doctor, chiropractor, etc my entire life from headaches and neck pain. Nerve damage, ligament weakness, etc etc. All on my own nickle. I now see why the lawsuits keep adding up, but I had no benefit from any of it my whole life. Stay on top of this, get your bills covered and then some, before the time runs out.
