It is the adjuster that is holding things up. They have
not paid a cent on medical bills yet. My insurance paid
up till their max of $5000. They want reimbursed. I've
tried going to the main office, his supervisor, too, and
had no luck yet. They ain't too bright because the medical
proceedure I need can be done out patient and would be
much cheaper than a law suit.
