| ~she winces at the other mare's touch and tries to pull away, terrified. years of abuse in her homeland had made her frightened, and though she heard the kind mare's words, she was afraid she would be beaten for causing a scene. she was kidnappoed by darks when she was 2, and for the many years she was held a captive, she was kicked at and teased and abused, and it had made her shy,timid, and anxious, as well as panic-stricken that someone would hurt her. she had escaped from captivity just a few days ago, and she had wandered around in pain until she stumbled into destiny falls. she had been caught running away and they kicked at her so much it made her bleed. she managed to out run them and escape, although she was in a lot of pain. she was scared that the horses of detiny falls would beat her like her captors. though black mist's soothing words helped a little, the mare was still petrified.~
