I had the same problem. The inside knob for my hatch would not work along with the some of the interior lights, etc. I changed the fuse and all was fine. However, occasionally the problem would reoccur.

Turned out to be a fuse was not making contact. I bent the prongs a little and no problem since. If not for this board and someone mentioning it was a frequent occurence I never would have found it. The dealer failed to find the problem also.
