There may be a supplier that is selling those Cup wheels already polished or chrome plated, but they're not produced like that. If you find them for sale by a distributor in polished form it is simply because the distributor is buying them in stock form and polishing them, then selling them at a premium price. You could easily send your current wheels out for polishing and get exactly the same result if you don't mind your car sitting on blocks for a month.
