Subject: Wipers sticking

Not sure if anyone else might have(or has had)this problem but my windshield wipers seem to stick as they are wiping the windsheild. It's as though there is something sticky on my windsheild. Regardless of weather I have cleaned the windsheild or not. I heard there was an adjustment on the wipers to loosen them or something - any feedback is appreciated!
