I give lessons and a way that I like to work up the kids balance, leg stregnth, and just their courage is to hook them to the lounge line and send them out around me in a circle( obviously lol ) I make them knot the rains and put their hands on top of their head, on their shoulders, or streched out like a bird. I think it helps them understand balance. When they are off the lounge line I like them to learn to keep their back straight so If they dont understand after a few lessons about their back staying straight I will stick a crap down their shirt and w/ the more experienced riders I will freez it first. The girl I tried that crop on had a fit but sure kept her back straight! anything else I could help w/ just ask!
