Hi Shashi
I've found the same thing so I have gone thru her books and written up the points according to her nutrition info and then I have a rough idea.

I don't actually follow recipes very much I usually look at them and then create my own version (lower in points). I have always done this so cookbooks to me are a visual aid rather than to follow by the letter.
