Subject: Female Singers Wanted

Im looking for 3 female r&b singers to complete an r&b singing group. You must be in or around the Ohio area. Also you must be:
Age 18-23
Height 5'4-5'8
Must be able to sing and harmonize
Have plenty of patience and able to deal with criticism
Must be able to travel
Must be accessible ASAP to record, train, and perform
If you write songs, that is a plus but not a requirement.
You must also have a passion for music.
