This pageant system is on the up and up. About 3 years ago my grandughter competed in it in the Pittsburgh area and won overall Photogenic. She went to the Nationals in Orlando, Florida in December of that year and all of her expenses were paid. It was a well run pageant as far as I can determine. Of course she didn't place at the nationals, but that was not the problem of the directors or the pageant. We have been to "well documented and representated pageant systems" and found them not to be as credible as this one was. Hats off to COA!!!!!!!
